Insight circles wide

Insight Circles

Leadership often unfolds in circles of insight rather than straight lines. Growth happens when we look at the whole system, such as the 7-eyed model—the leader, the relationship, the team, the wider context, and even what is happening within ourselves in the moment. Coaching supervision offers space for “Insight Circles”. Places and spaces for leaders to begin to notice patterns, assumptions, and unseen influences shaping their choices. That awareness reconnects us to the leader within and invites us to lead with curiosity and presence.

These moments often feel like the essence of coaching, when reflection turns into realization, and everything comes full circle. A conversation or a pause suddenly reveals something that was always there, waiting to be seen. Those are the quiet breakthroughs where trust deepens, clarity emerges, and leaders rediscover their own capacity to grow and help others grow. Coaching supervision is less about directing the path and more about holding the circle long enough for insight to appear. What’s emerging for you lately?
